Board of Directors

-Executive Department-


Chief of Staff

(COS)
-Open

Description and Duties: Oversees all board members, making sure the board comes to a majority vote on all major decisions within the community. Has total control over IEG but must seek permission from a board member when stepping into the person's fields of work.

Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age, no criminal record, and no negative incidents within IEG. Must have experience with IEG clan operations for at least four months, must have proper training while working on the board. Voted in by the creators

Chief Executive Officer

(CEO)

Description and Duties: Is in charge of keeping IEG going in the right direction .Handles all partnerships and sponsors for the community and handles the finances as well. Has the power to DNR members from IEG based on his/her judgment.
Reports To: Chief of Staff

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, no criminal record, and no negative incidents within IEG. Must have experience with IEG clan operations for at least five months, must have proper training while working on the board.


Chief of Clan Operations

(COCO)

Description and Duties: In charge of all aspects of the divisions within IEG. Makes sure competitions between divisions are being completed. In charge of holding on to the IEG Network account. Is responsible for keeping steady contact with all IEG Directors by hosting weekly meetings and has the final decision in the appointment of new Directors and Senior Directors. Oversees the recruiting department and making sure work is getting done within the department. Has the power to DNR members based on his/her judgment.

Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer

Requirements: Must be at least 15 years of age, have no criminal record, have no incidents within IEG. Must have experience with IEG clan operations for at least 4 months, must have proper training while working in the recruiting department.

Cheif of Operations

(COO)

Chief Security Officer

(CSO)
-Open

Is in charge of keeping IEG out of disputes between other clans as well as defending IEG from
Inter-clan threats. If a CSO finds any possible threats, it is his duty to confront the Chief of Clan Operations and the Chief of Staff immediately to get the situation worked out. The CSO has the ability to blacklist for reasons relating to the safety of IEG but the Chief of Staff has the ability to overturn these IF they are out of reason. Also works with the CEO and COS to handle any legal disputes.

Requirements: Must be 17 years of age, have no criminal record, and must have no incidents within LGN.

Reports to: Chief of Staff, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief of Clan Operations

Human Resources Officers

(HR)

Description and Duties: Human Resources officers are in charge of the development of all divisions; they are to step in and help struggling divisions and train leaders of the division to be better leaders. Must be willing to work with the recruiting department and Senior Directors to get things done.

Reports To: Chief of Clan Operations and Chief of Operations
Requirements: Must be able to work with the recruiting department to get things done. Must be at least 16 years old and have at least 3 months of clan operations.

Chief Justice Officer

(CJO)

Description and Duties: In charge of running the court system, handling cases and filling out case files documenting them. Should be involved in all DNR appeals as well as DNR's made. Should get all sides of the story before making a decision. Must have computer access daily to check appeals. In charge of the Justice Department as well.

Reports To: Chief of Operations, Chief of Staff, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief of Security regarding security threats.
Requirements: Must be at least 13 years of age, have no criminal record, have no incidents within IEG . Must have experience with IEG clan operations for at least 4 months, must have proper training while working in the Justice department.


Chief Technical Officer

(CTO)
-Open

Description and Duties: In charge of the IEG website, makes sure the news team does their job actively on the website, makes sure the graphics department is making signatures for the community, makes sure the forums are clean and free of spam in inappropriate places, and is in charge of making any changes to the site brought to him by the COS. Must stay active on the site daily.

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer and the Chief of Clan Operations

Requirements: Must be at least 15 years of age, have no criminal record, and no negative incidents within IEG . Must have experience with IEG clan operations for at least 4 months, must have proper training while working in the news and graphics department.
Should always have computer access and be contacted by phone.


Chief of Recruitment

(COR)

Description and Duties: In Charge of helping struggling divisions recruit and grow. In addition, if requested, is in charge of doing background checks on members. Also, is in charge of making sure all squads teach their members how to recruit, and helps if needed.

Reports To: Chief of Clan Operations

Requirements: Must have at least 75-100 recruits brought into IEG. Must be able to mass recruit as well as teach others on how to. Must have daily computer access and activeness on the forums and site.


Website Department
Description and Duties: This department consists of the news team and graphics team. They must do their duties Whether it is having weekly news stories posted on our site or conducting interviews of members for member spotlight. Members of this department do not have a vote in decisions regarding IEG Operations and Clan Operations.
